About Me
My Story
I'm Lando Rafael, born in Angola. My approach is simple: it's not enough to build systems that work, they have to be systems you can trust. It's this intersection between development and security that defines me and guides every project I work on.
I build web applications, integrate AI solutions, and automate processes, always with a security-first mindset from the very first line of code. On the cybersecurity side, I work in network analysis, SOC operations, and system hardening, backed by continuous training and internationally recognized certifications.
I study Software Engineering at 42 Luanda, a school that taught me the hardest problems are rarely solved alone. I believe the same principle applies at work: the best solutions come from collaboration.
I was a Fellow of the Pan African Youth Ambassadors for Internet Governance 2024, an experience that broadened my vision beyond code, to the real impact technology has on people, communities, and the African continent.
What I Believe
Security is not a feature
It's a constraint that shapes every architectural decision, from input validation to deployment.
Interfaces should disappear
The best UI is the one the user doesn't notice, intuitive enough to feel invisible.
